Vinyl Wednesday: B.T. Express - Shout (Shout It Out!)
B.T. Express is always good for high quality disco funk, here's their 5th album Shout (Shout It Out!) from 1978. The Band, originally named Brooklyn Transit Express is from New York CIty. Maybe the most succesful band member would become Michael Jones, later Kashif Saleem, a famous producer and innovator, thanks to his specific synthesizer technology approach and the introduction of MIDI in his production. Here's more info about him; he was an important link for post-disco production.
